In the course of providing care, Genesis staff members are mindful of and employ the ethical principles of two unique associations: The Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Psychometrists (OACCPP) and The Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA) - formerly known as The Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (CARP).

The OACCPP Code of Ethics outlines a framework for the provision of ethical and responsible mental health services. The CARP Code of Ethics provides a template for the provision of ethical rehabilitation practice. Collectively, these two organizations encompass the professional standards maintained at Genesis Community Rehabilitation, Inc.
